- We have a central reservation facility and operate a‘no turndown’ policy
- We guarantee that if we cannot provide you with a vehicle of your choice, we will upgrade at no extra cost
- We provide an Express service at 26 major airports via LeasePlan Express
- If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of the vehicle upon delivery we will take £5 off your invoice
- If you request at the time of booking, we will provide you with a grace period of 3 hours at the end of your rental
- There will be no surcharges for one way rentals on all of our standard vehicles (excludes Prestige)
- With the purchase of a Recovery Package, you can take your vehicle overseas at the UK daily rate
- We will deliver standard car groups within 2 hours. All other vehicle delivery times confirmed at the time of booking
- If we deliver your vehicle up to 30 minutes late – we will take £5 off your invoice
- If we deliver your vehicle up to one hour late – we will take £10 off your invoice
- If we deliver more than two hours late – we will give you the day’s hire free of charge
- Cars are collected within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
- If we collect your vehicle late, we will deduct £5 from your invoice
- We provide a 24 hour breakdown and recovery service for your peace of mind
- Insurance (Collision Damage Waiver) – available on request
- Vehicles must be insured for 4 working hours after termination on Customer’s own insurance
- Airport surcharge at 18%
- All rates exclude the cost of any non-accident damage such as tyres and glass
- Abortive deliveries – 1 days charge
- Abortive collections - £25.00
