Q - What do the rates include?
A – The standard rates include:

• Guaranteed vehicle availability for standard car classes based on 2800 miles per 28 days
• 24 hour breakdown & recovery service
• Tax & servicing

Q – Can Daily Rental be sold to the general public?
A – Yes, provided they pay by Credit Card and chose the supplier’s insurance option.

Q – Can I book a car or van for use outside of the UK?
A – Cars are accessible through AVIS’ established international network, however GB Car Loans do not currently operate outside of the UK.

Q – If the customer needs additional insurance cover, can this be provided as part of the package?
A – This is available on cars only and is charged daily at:

£6.70 + VAT (Group B – E)
£8.40+ VAT (Group F – L)
£12.20+ VAT (Group N)

Q - Can customers pay by credit card rather than paying on account?
A – Credit card payments can be used for cars only, with invoices being issued on request.
